※The SIM card will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.

※Subscribing to the 5-Minute Unlimited Calling option allows unlimited calls within 5 minutes. Calls exceeding 5 minutes will be charged at 9 JPY per 30 seconds.
※Subscribing to the International Calling option enables international calls. International call charges will be billed separately based on usage.
If you subscribe to any options, your monthly bill will include the base plan fee plus the option fees.

Estimated Shipping Time If there are no issues with the application details, registration review, or stock availability, the product will be delivered to the registered address via our designated delivery service within 1 to 3 days after the application is completed.
However, delivery may take longer if it falls on weekends, public holidays, or if the shipping destination is remote island.

Billing email sent on the 8th of each month

Credit Card Payment
Payment will be deducted according to each credit card company’s billing schedule.
Return Policy Cancellations can be made under the Initial Contract Cancellation System without incurring penalties, except for fees specified under the system.
Once the application is submitted, returns due to customer circumstances are not accepted, except for products eligible under the Initial Contract Cancellation System.
